Jeff Jones

Jeff is a native of Columbus, Georgia. He attended Columbus High School in the 1990s and was a middle-of-the-road contributor to some of the CHS baseball teams that dominated the decade. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

After college, Jeff worked at TSYS in Columbus for 4 years, during which time he volunteered with Young Life. In 2002, Jeff began a 22-year career with Young Life, first in Milledgeville, GA, and then back in Columbus in 2009, where he served as Area Director and then Associate Regional Director of the Southeast Region. Jeff had a brief stint in operational management with Herndon Construction before being offered a position with Search in the summer of 2025.

Jeff's family includes his wife Kathy and two college-aged children, Bridger and Avary Kate. Jeff enjoys golf and fishing, and occasionally punishes his body on the Ultimate Frisbee field.
