Jake Hartson

After eight years of military service in the Army, Jake left at the rank of Captain and pursued strategic planning for international leaders. He has seen firsthand the power of purposeful leadership. His journey—from consulting and organizational development to mentoring business professionals—has shaped his conviction that true success begins with who you are. Jake’s vision for Orange County is to inspire business leaders to embrace faith-driven values, cultivating workplaces marked by integrity, compassion, and lasting impact. He believes his calling is to help transform the marketplace through relationships and gospel conversations, so that leaders not only excel professionally but also build communities that pursue the lost and encourage others to do the same.

Why Search?

I chose to join Search because I believe that real transformation happens through authentic relationships and honest conversations. My own journey has been shaped by mentors who invested in me—not just in what I could achieve, but in who I was becoming. I’ve seen the profound impact that faith-centered guidance can have on a person’s life and leadership. Search offers a unique opportunity to walk alongside others in the business community, helping them discover purpose, meaning, and the hope found in Christ.
