Jake Hartson

Jake Hartson was the Founder of Whodo Consulting, a firm built on the principle that "Who you are determines what you Do". Their vision was to help organizations unleash their full potential by aligning their people, process, and vision. Jake owes most of his specialty training to his 8 years serving in the US Army as a Captain in the Infantry. He taught strategic planning and organizational development courses to NATO countries. 

Jake is married to Kinsey and they have two kids: Finley, 4 year old girl, Cohen, 2 year old boy, and are expecting twins Oct of this year. Jake enjoys camping trips in his old VW Vanagon, building epic train sets with his kids, and entrepreneurial pursuits.

Why did you choose to join Search? My life was transformed when a faculty member offered to mentor me and a few of my friends. Though unfamiliar with mentorship or discipleship, I had been yearning for guidance and direction in my post-college life. After a year of intentional discipleship and deepening friendship, I clearly saw how God had been patiently waiting for me to acknowledge Him and embrace His love. This friendship endures today, as does my desire to share life with others and pursue a passion for becoming more Christlike. Search is all about relationships and facilitating conversations about love, life, and the things that truly matter.
