Stefan Wiltz

Stefan grew up in Kensington, Maryland, just outside of Washington DC. He attended the University of Maryland, where he received a BA in Secondary Education. After college, he worked with Young Life, a non-denominational ministry to adolescents, for 23 years. In 2018, he took a role as Director of Youth and Family ministry at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, MD. During his time working in ministry, he earned a Masters degree in Religion. He moved to Huntersville, NC in the summer of 2021, and is loving all the Charlotte area has to offer. He has been married to Buffy for 29 years, and they have 3 daughters. Stefan enjoys working out with the F3 group, watching just about any sport, and spending time on the lake wake surfing or fishing. 

Why did you choose to join Search? I joined the Search staff because I knew it was a place where I could use the gifts and skills that I’ve been given by God to make a difference in the lives of people around me. I believe working with Search is the perfect fit for me, and it was one of the easiest decisions I’ve ever made.
